There’s a place for BAYKA in every story
The owner of the Bayka™ brand is BaykBox LLC — a company that designs and manufactures e-bikes and electric carts with various load capacities. We also convert vehicles to electric drive and produce battery packs and charging stations.
It all began in 2015 in a student lab at Chernihiv Polytechnic National University, where a research team worked on eco-friendly transport. By 2019 we completed the YEP STARTER startup school and focused on securing investors to launch the company. The same year, we joined the Ukrainian E-Mobility Association.
From day one, we built prototype electric drift trikes and small- and large-class e-karting. We also developed multiple product lines: commercial e-transport and performance e-bikes.
We’ve also handled conversions of buggies and boats from ICE to electric, and delivered projects for ground unmanned systems.
During the hostilities in Chernihiv region, the university’s R&D base was destroyed. We found partners with modern facilities and continued operations as BaykBox LLC, building our own production capacity.
Bayka is the only company in Ukraine specializing in a wide range of commercial electric transport. In summer 2022, BaykBox solely represented Ukraine at Europe’s largest trade show — Eurobike 2022 in Germany.
